The Life-Saving Pathway Programme

DSO Kenya's flagship programme — full sponsorship from consultation to recovery

Active · Accepting Applications

The Life-Saving Pathway is DSO Kenya's core humanitarian programme. For patients with complex, terminal, or life-threatening illnesses who cannot afford specialist care, DSO Kenya funds the entire treatment journey — return air travel, surgical procedures, hospital admission, and initial post-operative support — entirely through donor, sponsor, and grant funding.

Patients pay absolutely nothing. Every cost is covered by DSO Kenya's Life-Saving Fund.

Free specialist video consultation with Apollo, KIMS, IBS, or ClearMedi doctors
Clinical and financial vetting by DSO Kenya's Head Doctor
Full sponsorship: surgery, return airfare, hospital stay, initial post-op care
AeroMedicare priority patient management on arrival in India
Multilingual AI WhatsApp updates on appointment and travel readiness
Follow-up care coordination upon return to Kenya

The Self-Sustained Program

Premium international care for families funding treatment independently

Active · Accepting Applications

The Self-Sustained Program is for patients and families funding their own care — whether through savings, family contributions, or crowdfunding. DSO Kenya provides the same clinical oversight, AeroMedicare partnership access, and journey coordination that sponsored patients receive, at AeroMedicare's pre-negotiated institutional rates.

Access to AeroMedicare's institutional rates — typically USD 5–7K for cardiac surgery inclusive of flights
Clinical governance and medical record preparation by DSO Kenya's clinical team
Crowdfunding guidance and community fundraising support
Protection from price-gouging and unregulated medical tourism operators

Want to access care independently? Enrol in the Self-Sustained Program for full clinical and logistical support.
