What is DSOKenya?
Registered in Kenya as a Community Based Organization (CBO), DSO Kenya is a non-profit health access platform designed for patients with pre-existing or complex medical conditions who need specialist guidance they cannot easily access locally.
Important: DSO Kenya does not charge patients for any of our services. We are entirely funded through the generosity of sponsors, donors, and grants. Our role is to coordinate, advocate for, and accompany patients through their entire healthcare journey.

Through DSO Kenya’s Life-Saving Programme, eligible patients receive a free video consultation with a highly qualified specialist in India, recommended by our partner hospitals. All consultation costs are covered by our programme — patients pay nothing.

Travel Support (if needed): If the specialist recommends treatment in India, our team works with AeroMedicare to support the patient’s travel, admission, and recovery — all coordinated by DSO Kenya.
Follow-Up in Kenya: When the patient returns home, DSO Kenya continues to support their recovery and follow-up care locally.
