Yes — for patients who qualify for the Life-Saving Pathway Programme, all costs are fully covered by DSO Kenya's donor fund: specialist consultations, flights, surgery in India, hospital stay, and post-operative support. Patients pay nothing.
Eligibility is based on clinical and financial criteria assessed by DSO Kenya's Head Doctor. Patients with complex, terminal, or life-threatening conditions who cannot afford private specialist care are prioritised. Contact us to begin the assessment.
Programme enrolment ensures every patient is clinically assessed, properly documented, and governed through the correct pathway. It protects patients, ensures clinical quality, and allows DSO Kenya to track outcomes transparently for donors.
Patients who don't qualify for full sponsorship can enrol in the Self-Sustained Program — which gives them access to DSO Kenya's clinical governance, AeroMedicare's preferential pricing, and full logistics coordination.
DSO Kenya supports oncology (cancer), cardiology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal conditions, organ transplants, and women's health. Contact us if you're unsure whether your condition qualifies.
Yes — DSO Kenya's Referral Program is specifically designed for patient referrals from Kenyan hospitals, oncology units, and specialist centres. Contact us to establish a formal referral partnership.
