- Platform Identity: DSOKenya is a digital health application registered in Kenya. It operates as an intermediary platform connecting patients with specialized medical practitioners in India through partnerships with AeroMedicare and AeroTech.
- No Medical Diagnosis: DSOKenya does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or emergency services. We offer a platform for “Second Opinions.” Any information provided during video consultations is based solely on the records provided by the user.
- Third-Party Logistics: AeroMedicare (a branch of AeroTech) handles all logistics, VIP reception, and hospital coordination in India. DSOKenya is not liable for the clinical outcomes at partner hospitals or the travel logistics managed by AeroTech/AeroMedicare.
B. User Eligibility & Services
- Age: Users must be 18 years or older. Minors must be represented by a parent or legal guardian.
- Service Scope: Services include video consultations, automated prescription delivery, and medical tourism coordination.
- Third-Party Presence: Patients may have a relative or friend join the call. Inclusion of a medical professional (Nurse/Clinical Officer) or interpreter is available at the stipulated extra fee.
C. Financial Terms
Non-Refundable Policy: Once health records have been reviewed by the specialist or the video call has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
Consultation Fees:
$100: Spine, Oncology, Neurology.
$80: All other specialties.
D. Limitation of Liability
DSOKenya shall not be held liable for any misdiagnosis, treatment complications, or travel delays. We facilitate the connection; the medical relationship exists strictly between the Patient and the Partner Hospital in India.
