Year 1 personnel budget covers 33 core staff and 94 Community Health Representatives. Personnel costs are maintained below 40% of the total annual operational budget — ensuring the majority of every donor contribution flows directly into patient care.

Strategic Oversight & India Partner Coordination
Responsible for overall programme strategy, donor relationships, AeroMedicare partnership coordination, and reporting to DSO Kenya's governance board.
Assistant Programme Manager
Daily Operations & Patient Tracking
Manages day-to-day patient intake, case tracking, donor dashboard updates, and coordination between the clinical team and India logistics.

Head Doctor
Final Clinical Veto & Specialist Liaison
The senior clinical authority at DSO Kenya. Reviews every case before approval, issues Fit-to-Fly certificates, and maintains relationships with Indian partner hospital physicians.

Conduct initial patient assessments and digitise medical records for Indian specialists.
